an extra 100mb has gone into the network has it made any difference Huh??? if not ill cancel my install for 16th

If you mean 100mbit then no, not without sorting out the traffic management.

Won't make much difference in my honest opinion. Unless more serious issues are resolved then i don't see extra bandwidth (unless an amazing amount) making a difference.

iv made the decision to have my install cancelled as my airnet seems to be very stable recently.

Their main problem is load balancing at the nodes, neither the hardware nor the skills are up to the job.

Not a proper ISP and not proper ISP grade hardware.
