A friend at work got a call at Christmas, she save a small fortune, moving off a Max package onto a bundle.

I'm not suprised they're getting rid of the old packages, I have heard they're bringing out new packages with unlimited data soon.

going to unlimited was bound to happen at some point. Just hope they don't go heavy on triffic management like they did on Max.

Knowing KC they probably will either go heavy on traffic shaping or heavy on price, but this is KC, so probably BOTH!  Tongue

Mike      Good Afternoon Karl
Mike      Welcome to the Live Chat service - how can I help you today?
karl      hi i am a max customer and i heard there are gonna force people on to the new packages is that true please
Mike      We are frocing people to change their package.
karl      when is that gonna come in to force please becuase i had no mail about it
Mike      The Max packages will most probably be being withdrawn in the future as they operate on old technology so it is no longer viable to operate these.
There is as yet no date for this
karl      ok can you also confirm there is going to be new packages coming out with unlimited data
Mike      we have no plans to bring out any unlimited packages
Mike      currently our highest usage allowance is 150Gb
karl      ok thank you
Mike      i believe we do offer unlimited use for Business use if you require this
karl      ok might have to look in to t hat then because if i switch to new bundles i wont see a increase in speed plus my costs will go up
Mike      normally moving from an old Max package to one of the new service would result in an increase in speed, even if it is only a small increase.
Mike      do you use the internet we provide you with for commercial use?
karl      nope just personal use i would see maybe a speed increase off a meg
Mike      to arrange a change over you will just need to call the Customer Services Team on 01482 602444
karl      ok thank you for your help
