Yup, I'm sure most are biding their time now for KC to rollout Lightstream in their area.

I agree, Michael and Simon should be shown the most amount of respect out-of-anyone within NextGenUs as they were indeed the original founders and proved successful in starting a small to medium sized business in todays economy which is a feat in-itself.

With respect, there was an enormous pent-up demand for NGU's services. It's hard to see how anyone could have failed with such a business, which only goes to show what a load of fools they are.

Thats the thing isn't it, good on SBB for getting it fixed asap, but these wisps have limited resources. Maybe a different day or a windy day it wouldn't have been so quick and that is no fault of the wisp just the nature of the technology, its just not reliable enough aerials come down, hopefully ftth will not

i would have said you will be waiting a long time for litestream  fibre with kc is still a long time coming and not forgetting for most people it is the cost of the land line not just about the speed which was probably why you signed up why didnt you just pay 50 quid for there top service instead of trying an isp youve just made out all isp is poor which is not true kc have problems  like everyone else  if you think everone will go to kc think again there prices will make sure of that there will always be room for an alternative because kc have dominated for to long

Well well well...

Is there anyone remotely hull based that truly understands whats going from a technical perspective left at NGU?

"part-time" Darren Weavers (hello!) has already broken the rulebook over data protection on many occasions.

Is there also anyone there who knows how to tun a company?

I am sure that Slannesh will step into the breach if he can tear himslef away from his late night gaming sessions.

I predict that they will not be around when Lightstream goes live in most areas.

Said if before but will say it again.... bye bye NGU.... you will not be missed.
