Thanks very much Mark Dunn (Dunny) for your time on a Saturday night getting me (finally) moved over to the new system and PPOE. I'm very much reassured that there is still someone, other than Slannesh Scott (Tech Support), at NextGenUs Hull who actually knows what they're doing!

Give it a wee bit more time folks, Mark and Slan are responding to tickets as quickly as they can - Mine was over a month old and they're that run off their feet they've only just got to it tonight.

The radius manager and usage counter is rather snazzy, very glad to be on the system finally.

Now all we need is Simon back on board and running the show and I can sleep easily once more!

TS has identified the issues relating to disconnects (at peak times) and has a solution now being applied, we are awaiting 1 piece of equipment (this maye take 2-3 days).

It isn't the same without Simon, as this would have been sorted long ago under him. It's taken Mark (Sales) going far beyond his job description and out of paying hours to get it sorted. From what was posted on FB he sorted a number of other people last week and last night as well.
