I think that's really sad.
What a way to run a company, they should never have sold it off. What a sad state of affairs. I mean I suppose it was pretty dam obvious how they ran the company just from my own experiance but they then go and infect others with the poor misguided management and lack of skill in developing and solid base on which to move the company forward.
I have some personal experiance of KC management. In that a former middle manager for the company came to work for a company I had dealings with. I can tell you that I've never seen so much hot air and lack of thinking before a leap in one place since Arthur Scargill said "I'll show that bitch who's in charge?".
One the bright side ........... KC may get taken over
