Why can't I be left alone to just get on with my job... I what I'm doing, I know what has to be done... were 3 staff down at the moment do you think I'm bothered about filling in an asset register when someone returns some old crap laptop that is about 10 years old... and THEN getting a moany e-mail sent to the whole team basically having a go at you and saying tough, get it done, I don't know how busy you are, and I don't care, just do it!
It also takes the p*ss when your manager employs more people on other site (but still part of your team) and doesn't tell you about it, doesn't even introduce them by e-mail... "This is so-and-so, a new member of our team etc etc" but instead just let them introduce their presence but blurting out orders and changing procedures willy-nilly while the rest of the team is thinking "Who the hell is this person??!"
At the moment I feel I have 3 managers, only 2 that are actually supposed to be and 1 that seems to think she is and there is little to no communication in the team... example, I answer the phone today, "hi its so-and-so from that company, can I speak to so-and-so?" "Sorry he's busy at the moment, can I help?" "Yeah I'm just calling about your problem with such application" a bemused me answers, like a spaz "I wasn't aware we had any problems with that at the moment" "Yep we have a call logged by so-and-so..." a still confused me "Bare with me a second..." as so-and-so finishes on the phone... "Are you aware of any problems with such application?" I stupidly ask... "Oh yeah, pass him over to me, I'm dealing with it"
So why didn't you p*ssing tell us that something was wrong and you was looking into it... grrrr
Pee'd off with my job at the moment if you hadn't noticed... won't someone offer me a decnet IT job... puuullleeeeezzzzeeee
