. I have been having this problem for over a year now and have had numerous visits from Karoo techs, and so far getting nowhere. All lines have been replaced, as well as ports in the exchange. I have new sockets in the house (in built filters), no extentions, have tried running without phone plugged in, tried multiple modems/routers, all to no avail. I am sorry if this topic is duplicated else where, but I don't have time to read all your posts at present. My next door neighbour is getting a 5mg line which is stable, whilst I can be disconnected several times an hour at times. Any advice gratefully accepted, Karen
