Hello there, I feel somewhat like I'm being sucked into a second-hand car advert but that said I'm intrigued, so what are you flogging? 

I've taken a look at your website and it seems you're selling hotspots into venues like cafe's etc.

Are you selling access to those existing venues? If that's the case there are a few free venues in the city centre anyway (Hull Central Library, Leonardos for instance) and so I guess you could find it hard to compete on a charging basis.
