Hi there,

Not too happy with KC, Got in today and noticed that the line speed had dropped from 8128/448 to 5670/448. Rang up Krapoo to ask why this had occured and they said that an engineer had requested that the profile was set to 5.5Mb , Now they are refusing to change the line speed from the "Stable 5.5Mbs" , Iv had alot of history with line faults but the last month or so i belive that the line was Stable at 8meg; Then KC go and cock it up again !  Angry Angry Angry   Huh?Just wondering if anyone elses line speeds have mysteriously changed in the area?Huh?

I too live in the hu17 area, I have being having loads of problems with my connection lately, it does not drop out, it syncs and stays stable at 81200 / 480 without problem but my web browsing is sooooo slow, I cant even stream radio or pod casts from itunes. It is getting beyond a job but when i call the kcom tech monkeys they say there is nothing wrong and my line/account are all fine.

:-(

Paul,

Same situation for me, Who are they to alter MY service without me asking them to do so, Im going to be filing yet ANOTHER complaint to customer relations & ISPA, Its getting beyond a joke now £20 a month for the service we in Hull & Beverley are reciving is quite frankly appauling! In recent posts iv allways tried to see it from KC's Perspective but its just been the last straw! Now is the time we should be seeing competition !

Cheers...
