Strange situation going on, I can connect but my daughter cannot, she can ping webpages but they do not load my Mum also has the same issue is anyone aware of anything going on?

Status Line (602197) says a Microsoft Update has made Zone Alarm go postal on some Karoo connections - instructions on how to remove the update on the phone line - don't know if that's relevant for you sinner.  Alternatively give 606101 a ring and see what nuggets of info they have Wink
