Well I received this second hand from my brother so I don’t think ill be very accurate but.

An individual with understanding of the ofcom issues had a spot on radio Humberside soap box.

The gist was that Kingston were hiding and ofcom were being totally ineffectual in the handerling of complaints received. Statements were read from KCom and OFcom and were destroyed with total vigour. Ill get My bro to post a more precise account but if anyone know how to get past broadcasts it would be interesting.
