in todays hdm it says kcom profits for were up despite lower revenue

That's because they traffic shaped everybody's connection so they didn't have to buy more bandwidth ;-)

Errm yes we CAN! They are unreliable and slow.

I suspect their profits are not down due to cost cutting, they recently fired a bunch of engineers, they have been saving a packet on their bandwidth costs by traffic shaping the living daylights out of us and they have no competition so don't need to offer competitive pricing.

MY connection has never been right, NEVER, Line always seems to "Die" Pole Shorts out, ADSL Drops.

Now that's a reliable connection !
