Can anyone tell me how this could happen regardless of upgrade dont they follow itil process and have regresion to firmware

someone wants publicaly hanging

just been back onto kcom the still dont know whats wrong and they are working on it
what a shower of shit!!!!

I got a friend to try and do a DNS lookup for karoo.co.uk so we can ping the ip, and even that would not yield an IP
From earlier this evening:

Pinging karooweb.kcom.com [83.100.148.209] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.

Looks like parts of the network are back up. I am still having some issues with DNS.

Appears to be DNS try using 208.67.222.222 & alt of 208.67.220.220 (opendns)

Usenet , ftp and ssh and browsing works fine

No Service in Beverley as yet either, I am so glad i have my orange Mobile B/Band :-)

I cant beleave that KC cant even be bothered to put a statment / announcment on their site

But then i guess its no more than you would expect from these muppets

Connected here Spring Bank HU3... Couple of friends in Hedon and Beverley still can't connect.

Possibly the auth servers under a bit of load now Smiley

cant get my router to connect, its asking for ISP username and password, guessing theres an issue with authentication now?

My neighbour is ok though... lucky them  Sad

Yeah...Hessle (HU13) seems to be working again.  The wife will be happy as she relies on our internet connection for her job.

Luckly my vodafone 3G card saved the day Grin

Up and running in HU3 Spring Bank area, although I cannot get an upstream speed of higher than 160....
