Hi all

Heard a rumor today from a KC engineer that Tiscali are tring to get into Hull.

Anyone else heard about this?

Trouble is Tiscali? LOL they are piss poor in BT land so I can't see them being any good in KC land. They would be one of the last ISPs I would choose to go on.

Virgin Media was never going to happen, it was just a new Shop opening. There is no way I can ever see Virgin Media bringing cable to this area but I would love to be proved wrong.

Hi,

I had to chuckle the other day as I walked through the city centre. A big Virgin media truck took pride of place just across from the big telly advertising broadband/tv/phone !!

From the glum looks of the poor canvassers stood in it by themselves, I'm guessing someone had already told them they can't sell in Hull...  Roll Eyes

The virgin media rumour was more about buying up KCOM, something to do with the KC stadium sponsorship.
