Newgroup Speeds

Anyone else having problems with Newsgroups lately?
My speeds seem to be stuck around the 4meg mark, sometimes going up to 5 meg at 01.15 in the morning.  Http  will stick around 6 meg + all the time, what have the idiots done now??

Well, aren't you the lucky one.

I get aroung 50-70kb during the evening - goes up to full speed 6½ mb 'ish at about 1am.

Are you on ADSL2+ now?

I am on the new Pro version and syncing at 6 meg and indeed getting 6 meg on Http most of the time. Like I said I am struggling on Newsgroups for some reason, I have not changed anything on my side at all and was just wondering if it is a general problem since the crash of last week or not.
Having said that, as soon as I posted my first  post my internet went off for a while and came back up some 5 minutes later at a steadyish  5 meg,they must be reading this forum 
No I am not yet on Adsl2+ as far as I know .
When I mentioned speeds of 4-5 meg I meant after midnight BTW, this is the time they promised it would be unrestricted.

I'm on pro now and getting shocking throughspeeds.  I'm going to ring again tonight and try to sort it out - get them to check my shaping profile too.

Hmmm 14.20 and I am still getting 5 meg , that person last night must have fixed something
