On the pro package we have gone over the 75GB limit (first months free so though we would use as much as we can Tongue

Now it emails us every hour to tell us we have gone over the limit.

So we have 20 days left before next billing month, 24 emails a day. So we are going to recieve about 240 emails saying the exact same thing.

Obviously a lot of testing went into the new packages :S

The helpdesk is as bad, I have sent about 7 emails on the same query (as replies) and I get a new auto response for each one  Roll Eyes
