I visited the KC building today to pay my internet bill and I was confused as I walked through the door. It's tiny! They have it all stripped down to a little room, I know they said they was closing the KC shop but I didn't think it would be this bad.

Now I gotta pay my bill by phone or a cashpoint, they must be losing money if they can't afford to hire customer services.
