You may have got one of these if you was on one of the old packages, such as Karoo 500, 1000, 2000, 3000.

Not being on one of those myself, I am guessing if you are on karoo 1000 or more they are pushing you up to the £29.99 package?

Familiarise yourself with the packages you must now take http://www.karoo.co.uk/broadband/ and make sure you get on the right package from the start.
