after being advised 3mb was "normal" at peak I have just discovered the true nature of the 3rd world.






anybody else with such disease for an internet conneciton?

for the record off peak I get 1.7mb/s straight. Now at peak I get 50k/s..

i'm wondering if they can truly tell me when I call them tomorrow that is normal.

3mb would be good, I usually get 1-2mbps during Peak.

I've actually sent another letter of complaint, I am sick of it.  I tried complaining through the ADR scheme, but they told me that limiting bandwidth was a commercial decision and that the ADR scheme cannot help with commercial decisions.

So Karoo could, in theory, make all ours speeds 1kbps and nobody would care to listen to our complaints?

Can you imagine Tesco getting away with putting 1pint of milk in a 4 pint bottle and saying sorry, we're a bit short this month, you still pay the same though?

Yeh, it seems its getting slower and slower, my max is getting worse and worse by the week at peak times now I cannot stream BBC news clips, or even last.fm music any more, even offpeak sometimes its buffer city. Neither should take alot of bandwidth.

Looks like the hamster running around the wheel finally ran out of steam, and they have the fkin nerve to claim they are the number one ISP for speed, what a joke indeed.
