Right here goes i get Broadband installed 29th sept, i also am forced to have phone line installed and go on kc talk 1.
Day 1 i get a bill on the 26th sept for the following
KC talk 1 8.480
other charges 51.000
Total charges 59.480
plus VAT
Total amount owing £69.01
then on the 15th Oct i get a bil for the following
service charge 39.130 = karoo pro (charged for 47 days)..this wasn't mentioned on the phone
plus vat
Total amount owing £45.97
Then on the 22nd Oct i get another bill for the following
KC Talk 1 29.370
plus vat
Total amount owing £31.51 =Which is for nov, dec, jan months
So that means i am having to pay out £146.49 in a month
I thought you was billed as after the months had past not in advance
I have tried ringing several times from my mobile as i dont have house phone,(only got it for the broadband) and each time i was waiting over 10 mins and noone answered
