I only use karoo e-mail very rarely ie to see if karoo has sent me anything,or sometimes used to register things. I used to go into karoo homepage and log onto karoo webmail to recieve such mail. I thought i'd set up outlook to save messing about logging in. Since i have done this i can only access my email via outlook and not karoo webmail, it just says no mail. I assume now i can only see my e-mail on my own computer only but not anywhere else, whats caused this as it seems if computer goes down i will lose all e-mail.

I cant remember what setting it is in outlook (I use thunderbird now) but you need to set it to leave messages on the server. Its under Account options somewhere

Tick "Leave a copy of messages on the server".

Hope this helps.
