Building a record of Karoo/KC bad practice

Hi folks,

Nearly everyone you'll speak to with an opinion on KC will give you a negative one. And nearly everyone with a negative opinion will tell you that they've written to ofcom, or their MP.

My idea is thus....

Why don't we build a portfolio/record of our problems with Karoo. Record issues and conversations etc to build a body of evidence to draw from when we complain about them.

I thought about using a wiki kind of thing (go have a look at wikipedia if you don't know what I'm on about) so that everyone could edit it. What do you guys think, it's quite easily sorted?
