Im using a speedtouch 330 usb with windows xp and am costantly getting errors reprted then i have to disconnect then reset any help???



KC blame my end (as usual) but after 3 modems im doubtful!

Do you use micro-filters on all your telephone lines?

I would recommend you ask Karoo to reduce the line profile, this will reduce the lines maximum speed but will increase the lines stability and should stop those pesky errors.

On a small side note have you ever though about buying a router? I would recommend the Netgear DG834G very highly, it would increase your web browsing speed and offer some basic security.
