...would KC still benefit?

I was just thinking that if another provider was to offer services in Hull would KC still benefit in that the other provider would still have to pay for the use of KC's exchanges either through LLU or them using KC's network? Also KC would likely lose a lot of the heavy downloaders who are probably costing them money in using a lot of their bandwidth. Was just a thought I had.

Of course they'd still benefit, what's the true answer to not having any competition.
I've heard KC asked AOL/Talk Talk come into Hull but they didn't want to.
