My upstream speed seems to be 128 kbps it was full rate last time  I checked - I have nothing connected to the circuit except my router. Has KC applied some profile to my line I wonder ?
Do I need to ask them for a re-sync - any suggestions please ?

Thanks !

Connection Speed   Down 8064 kbps    & Up 128 kbps
Line Attenuation   Down 5 db                 & Up 1.5 db
Noise Margin           Down 15 db               & Up 7 db

I've had a reduced upstream since they carried out the work on Sunday 21st December.

I was told this work would fix my iPlayer problems, but when I asked what they had actually done I was told what they change is not in the public domain, i.e. none of my business!

Hi Sean - my upstream has sat at 448 so  I think it is

either

a) the unplug - replug of the ADSL line
or
b) the new filter

....

I've had it happen a few times were my upstream would just drop, sometimes a restart of my router would fix it, but other times I had to call Karoo and get it reset from there side, its not happened in a while now though.
