Living outside the city of Hull my internet/telephone connection was with Eclipse and delighted with the package and service i received. I left home relocated to Hull taking my pc with me signed up with karoo. can anyone tell me why i can still use outlook express using the eclipse account, is eclipse karoo? if so why cant we pay eclipse price plans? regards

Your eclipse account probably just hasn't been closed yet - but it probably will eventually.
The Kcom groups owns Eclipse and Karoo.

Because there is no real competition in Hull for fixed line ADSL services I'd think.
