Hi, I`ve had the flu for a week or so and havent been online. But on checking my e-mail today, I got a snotty e-mail from KC saying that I owed them money and all the rest of it.

I opted for the paper free, so I thought I was supposed to get an e-mail from them when any amount was owing?

Apart from the snotty e-mail from them, I have had no e-mail stating that my bill is ready etc etc.

Now they want to charge me a 5 quid late payment fee ( I`ve already payed the bill, I did the first time I got any e-mail ) when they didnt even bother telling me a bill was due.

Nice.

I`ve sent them an e-mail asking that I dont get charged the extra 5 quid. My e-mail is up to date and my junk mail filter hasnt got it.

Anyone else had similar issues?

I wouldnt have minded but I`ve been here all along and DIDNT GET an initial bill at all, just an e-mail from the muppet minumum wage reject in life with the late payment charge.

I know my rant has obviously sailed over everyones heads, glad its just me then.

The idea was that you sign up to their online area, save a quid or whatever, save some paper and get your bill sent via e-mail.

I thought it was a bit of a cheak that they then didnt bother sending you your bill via e-mail, then charging you an extra 5 quid.

So if you choose to screw the planet ( I`ve always previously been a fan of this one ) and get your bills via the post, although they still charge you an extra quid, I still would have ended up 4 quid up, lmao Tongue

Dont you just love England.

I didn't receive notification of my bill for December either, we pay by direct debit but I like to keep an eye on mobiles and out of town calls.

Hi
I've just signed up here, I just had to reply to this topic.
I've just got a red letter for my 2 lines into my home, I never got the original bills either.
This also happened on January this year after coming back from holiday, they charged me the extra fiver for each line, so that's ten quid.
Now this month it's happened again, To say I've just complained via EMail to them is an understatement lol
It's more accurate to say that I've ripped them a new arsehole Smiley
KC need to learn that they're just a bloody poxy phone company (laugh) and not our lord and masters.
I've informed them also that I've added my name to FibreStreams Petition, Sick of the lies and BS KC spool out, I still remember KITT what a farce that was.

sorry for the rant lol
