Netgear DG834g v2 Help !!

Hope some one can please help me here.
I am changing to the new Karoo Mid ADSL2+ package soon and was wondering if my Netgear DG834g v2, with the lastest firmware (V3.01.38 ) will be up to the job to except the ADSL2+ feed.
On the compatability list its says "From 2.10.22 – June 16 2005 onwards*". What does the 2.10.22 refer to, and the *, I cannot find a referance to this either. Regarding the date, I am not sure when I got it.
Any techies out there any idea.

Looking through the Netgear support pages it would appear that Netgear enable support for ADSL2+ within their firmware from version 2.10.22 and all subsequent versions. So if you are currently using version 3.01.38 (which is the latest version) then the ADSL2+ switch over will be smooth.
