macintosh Mail

I have been trying to set up a Mail account in OSX 10.5—to access my karoo mail without success. I have (I believe) set up the account according to the info from karoo  but Mail is not downloading my mail from the server.

Does anyone have any experience of using Mail with karoo?

I set mine up a few days ago, make sure you're not putting in a user/pass on SMTP I do believe. Ended up using Entourage anyway, but hey each to their own.
