Hello all

Right you might notice im a bit of a ranter but I also understand business and how we can formulate change in our community.

We need to firstly incorporate ourselves into valid entity. We need articles of association a board of members.

A Chair has to be appointed and a secretary plus a treasurer (because we are going to need money to get our ideas of the ground!!)

We need to prove positive action and sensible debate if we are going to achieve anything. I would like to use this string to start formulating some sense of true community and action based organisation

Please put your ideas forward on how this is to be achieved and nominations for positions within the action group.

Other member will also need to be assigned for discussion groups and to vote on appropriate actions.

So come on change East Yorkshire for the better !!!!!

Right just a little look about we can access grants and funding from local and national government grants

This is one of them but as aforementioned we need to have a cohesive structure to get things moving.

Well it would seem the usual way for this type of process is people should nominate candidates for each role and there should be a vote if there is more than one candidate nominated.
