The last time I phoned up which was ages ago I said I want it all cut off permanently how much will it be. The woman on the phone said 'It'll be £140'. I waited for the bill and when it arrived it was for £270! So I phoned them up again and a bloke said 'Whoever you spoke to made a mistake'. So I got put through to credit control and offered them £5 a week, They said 'oh no we cant accept that' so in the end I ended up paying them £2 a week!

1 Week it was late because of a bank holiday, I had a letter through the door the same week saying the usual - We'll start court procedings. Phoned them up and they said ignore it and we're still paying £2 a week.
I don't want a phone with them ever again if I can help it. Still can't believe they dont tell you when you sign up for broadband that your phone is tied into that contract too.
