those are almost the same as my stats, my noise is between 6 - 8 and attenuation 44, i get 9215 dl and 1048 dl, the ul is much much better but dl was only about 1000 kb/s better, not a great deal faster.

my stats are
Connection Speed 12327 kbps 1023 kbps Line Attenuation 36.0 db 18.0 db Noise Margin 5.6 db 12.4 db
karoo say for my postcode it is 10 mb but i get 12 meg solid with my netgear DG834Gv4 i can set within( router stats) to target 1 sn it puts me up to 15 meg with the v4 and still solid at off peek times ,peek times its 14 meg the netgear DG834Gv3 that karoo gave me dropped all the time at 12 meg so they put me on 11 meg ! then i got a v4 but at the end off the day you pay for up to 24 meg so just e mail them if you think your line could hold more speed! i got them to set mine at 15 meg and let my v4 let me set my speed with router stats !
e mail dont ring the help desk you get better service not talked down to,they just change your speed and tell you to let them know if you have problems!

I'm on karoo poo, 29.99 a month + phone line (45) and i sync at 4 meg wiht adsl2.
i get shaped to 1 meg every night
tonight - 30 kb/s

I get 3MB on my Max option 2, they reckon that for £29.99 per month I'd be 'better off' on 4MB... Yeah, right...
