Just checking out Karoos website and I came across this page.

In the overall performance table karoo gets a score of 2.88. There is no explanation of what that means, how its worked out etc.
In the next table Key Performance Indicators Karoo seems to be comparing its ADSL 2 service to older ADSL services offered by other providers. Whats that about? Surely doing that is like comparing a mini to a ferrari (although Karoo manages to loose out to BT Broadband even though it boasts elsewhere on the site that it is the fastest broadband provider)?
