Hi,

Got a problem with my Karoo Pro speed. It's been like this everyday from afternoon 1pm till now. I'm not able to watch BBC News or any free iPlayer programms (ITV,Channel 4).

My speed which is normally 850kbs comes back around 4-5am.

Can someone from KC explain where is my speed that I'm paying for?

If you are on Karoo Pro then it's possible they haven't moved you over correctly as your upload speed should be around 0.8Mbit. What does your router say you are connected at? Also line stats?

As you can see Pro is working just fine:
