Fed up of crippled speeds

The only time my will run above 20kbp/s is after 12 midnight and before 6p.m. I'm on karroo max option 3 and I get 1.7 meg when i'm suppose to get upto 8meg. Then the library down the road which has only 8 pcs runs at 120meg. it's daylight roberry

Hi Nate, welcome to the forums 

Whereabouts are you? I only ask, as I believe most local libraries are likely to be linked up via an ADSL link. If you're sychronising at a crappy rate, perhaps you should be getting better.

I live in Greatfield and I usually get 1.7 or 2.1 max if I'm lucky. I think Karoo has got worse cause I used to be on the 768K option for 27.99 a month. It was much more consistent and my speed wouldn't drop to 20 on torrents, no limit either.

Oh well look on the brightside karoo can't get anyworse

mine is usually 1500  and 280 upload  im on option 3     im thinking i might as well change to a lower priced package  dialup was better than this lol
