Hi,

Has anyone else experience disconnections on a regular basis?

I recently moved over to the Max option from the previous service (1 month), and it regularly disconnects.

A right pain int he arse when on a game.

Hi Avit,

Sounds like the line profile is set to high on your line causing you to lose sync. Try calling Karoo and asking them to reduce the line profile. That should give you some stability, Robo maybe you could try the same.

Brand new estate andless than 2km from the exchange and they still screw it up,best they can give me is 4meg and that wasn't steady without disconnections.
Therefore No-Ip does it for me

The have set it to 11.5 (i think he said).

The guy stated that it should now be alot more stable.
