Does it actually work? I have had mine set on the most aggressive setting yet it fails to stop any spam whatsover, it lets everything through and is always empty.

Useless.

I started getting spam about a month ago, so finally setup the ironport spam filter to the recommended setting and so far I've had the same results, it hasn't blocked a single thing.

Yeh, I had it on recommended and it didn't do squat, so I bumped it up to most aggressive and still blocks nothing.... Sad

just changed to aggressive will let you know in a couple of days if anything gets blocked.

Just to let you know it isn't blocking anything on aggressive  still getting the exact same spam and there is nothing in quarantine.
