Just got of the phone with karoo help desk about there poor speed today.
Apparently they had one of there cables cut at the Olympic village in london.
They should have it fixed in about 2-3 hours from now so they say at karoo
How true this is I don't know but we will see

That what got me to ring them in the first place.
Just to let you know at the start of conversion with the help desk the speed problem was all my fault the women on the phone put me on hold for 5mins comes back and told me about the problem.
