Sorry about the loss of access you'll have all got just then. My bad. The web server that the forums run on is locked down somewhat experimentally  Embarrassed I wrote a script some time ago to create new sites on it but forgot that it stupidly removes permissions from some groups when you use it! I just ran it to create a separate virtual site for testing changes on! Sorted it out again now.

The suggested live chat mod has now been enabled and the site is 'fixed'!

I didn't enable to shoutcast option because it literally takes up the top quarter of the site. We can see how we go with live chat if you like and look at shoutcast later if you fancy it. Just click on the chat button at the top of the site. You'll find that it defaults to a chat room particular to whichever specific forum you are in (so if you're in the Quickline forum, you go into the Quickline chat room). To go to public chat, just open chat on the index page.

Now. To the ironing!

"You can't access the chat."

Permissions somewhere I expect...

Btw try shoutbox at the bottom of the index (probably have to edit the template)

Fixed now. It was permissions as Miken suggested. I'll fiddle with the test site and see if I can kludge the shoutbox stuff in somehow.
