just been to bank today and found out karoo have took 3 months payments instead off one th e cheeky gits

Something similar happened to me last year, without asking they switched me to paying Quarterly - I didn't have a problem with this so I've never done anything about it and am still paying Quarterly, but if you don't want this it may be worth getting in touch with KC to find out wether they have done the same to you and to ask them to change it back to Monthly payments.

phone karoo they said t hey didnt set up the direct debit proper. also been told i have to switch from the max package soon becuase it is ending
